How many people can we invite? 

Parties run with a minimum of 8 guests payable, but our party area can seat up to 30 people comfortably. Any bookings above 14 guests will need to be confirmed and approved by the store before it can be booked due to staff limitations. Final numbers are confirmed two days prior to the party, so we can adjust to extra guests, or reduce guests if necessary. 

How long do we get the party tables for?

The use of the party area is only available for the $25pp package and above. The party tables are yours from the very start of your party, you get game time of 90 minutes and then for an additional 15 minutes after for full use of the tables to eat and enjoy the rest of your party.

Parties catered by Grill’d ($40pp and $50pp) have a further 15 minutes, making the total allocated table time 90 minutes game time + 30 additional minutes to enjoy your food.

What food can we bring? 

As the dedicated party table time is only an additional 15 minutes after game time, we recommend this time be used solely for cake. We do not supply any food yet you are welcome to bring your own. The only food types we don’t allow are hot food and fast food (grease and games don’t mix!).

We suggest bringing in snack / picnic-style food instead of a meal. Things like sushi platters, sandwich/wrap platters, chips, and fruits are all recommended. The guests are able to visit the table throughout game time to snack or get a drink if they need. Our only rule with parties is that if the guests are eating, they must remain at the table with their food. 

Do you supply the food? 

We do not supply or handle any of the food, it is all BYO including plates, cups, cutlery, and napkins.

What games can my guests play? 

Party cards allow the guests to play almost all of our machines in-store! (Green and Blue Readers). Other games (Red readers and Rainbow readers) are not included in the party package - either due to the nature of the game or the appropriateness for it to be included in parties. 

Why do some parties get to play Rainbow readers? 

Rainbow readers are our “prize Redemption” games, which can be purchased as a special add-on with our “5 Skill Tester” add-on. Skill Testers are games that use skill to redeem a prize from the game. With our add-on, all guests are able to try 5 attempts at winning a prize.

What age group do you recommend for our parties? 

Our parties are a great option for all ages! We have done parties for children as young as 3, and adults of 70 years!

Can I have more than 1 Birthday Child? 

Yes! You can have multiple birthday VIPs, meaning more than 1 person can get our extra VIP Points (VIPs get double the points that the guests get). There is an additional fee for additional Birthday VIPs.

What other add-ons do you do? 

We also have Lolly Bag add-ons, special guest appearances (e.g Characters of your choosing to join the party), and show bags. Please note that we do have to order some add-ons, so they may have to be confirmed up to two weeks before your party.

What does the party host do? 

During your Party Package, your party host will explain the party to your guests, and give out special party cards. They will answer any questions the children have to do with the games, and play games with them if they don’t have someone to play with. The party hosts are not there to supervise the guests, so we recommend two adults be present, one to stay in the store with the children, and one who can take the children to the bathroom if they need.
